Pick up times are firm and agreed upon in advance. We meet at our one local meet spot, Nobilitea "tea shop" in downtown B.A. A 15 min grace period is given. A $10 fee is accrued for anyone arriving late to pick up their order. Thank you for understanding.
Deliveries will arrive between 9a-8p on your selected date. At this time we cannot accommodate time requests.
Payment Your custom order must be finalized and paid for at least 72 hours before delivery date. Please order as soon as you know you’d like your order customized. Once we hit capacity for any date, we will no longer take orders for that date.
Order Deposits are non refundable, for Large orders (over $100) half the cost of your entire order due at time of Order.

All rental equipment must come back clean and damage free to avoid fee.
