The earlier the better! We are a small business and we try to accommodate all custom requests, but because of labor time and volume, we sometimes have to stop taking custom orders.

Yes! We love weddings! Book in advance, we look forward to being the easiest part of your wedding planning.
Yes we do! Just send us a picture of what you would like to do and we will create something as close as we can to your inspired photo. If we don't feel we can do it justice we will let you know.
All Custom cakes must be finalized and paid at least 72 hours in advance. You will need to place your order as soon as possible to secure your spot. Your order is not guaranteed until it has been paid for.
Because the majority of our Cakeballs/Cakepops are made with perishable ingredients, they must be kept cold. While some of our customers are fans of the Cakeballs/Cakepops at room temperature, we recommend that you store them in the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature before enjoying them.
You can select the delivery date for your order at checkout, but we are not able to specify a delivery time for your order to arrive. We recommend scheduling your order to arrive at least 1-2 days early if you are planning a time-sensitive event, to account for any transit delays, especially during the holidays.

Cakeballs/Cakepops stay fresh at room temperature for up to 3 days and everything is shelf stable. Even so, we recommend refrigerating them for up to two weeks. Vacuum sealed Cakeballs/Cakepops can be frozen for up to 60 days. Cakeball/Cakepops should be removed from the freezer one hour before serving.
Little Miss Cakeball does not accept returns, offer exchanges, and/or grant refunds on any goods sold unless the issue for return, exchange, and/or refund is the result of an error in our manufacturing, packaging, or handling of the goods.
We are not responsible for delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping information, or mistakes on the part of our shipping partners' employees. Therefore, we are not able to offer refunds for those reasons. However, if you believe that our shipping partners have mishandled your package please let us know, and we will gladly file a claim on your behalf.
